At GBM, we create high-precision and complex plastic molds. We offer four significant types of molds and molding services. It includes two-shot, insert, unscrewing, and connector mold & molding services.
We have a team with more than 12 years of experience in the mold industry. Our experts are skilled at producing a wide range of molds and providing molding services.
GBM molds are sold to Europe, North America, Australia, India, and the UK. We now work with two top car parts suppliers. We have a close partnership with Yanfeng North America.
GBM uses new machines from Japan and Taiwan. We make sure that our molds are very accurate and made on time. We constantly improve our design and production. We try to reduce mistakes and use high-quality parts to cut down on testing time and save costs. This helps us work better with our customers and grow together.

Our State-of-the-Art Facilities
GBM Technology is based in Shenzhen, with a total area of 1,800 square meters. At the factory, we have modern CNC machines and high-precision molding equipment. According to our recent forecast, we can produce 360 molds per year.
So far, the biggest mold we produce is 5.5 tons. We typically use 1100-ton two-shot molding machines and a Fanuc Electric Injection machine (50-100T) inside a clean and dust-free room.
GBM also has various types of testing and post-processing devices. We offer flexible and versatile solutions. There is room for improvement, and you can customize according to your project needs.
